Was steering to work, Barnes’s Bent was playing. Halfway on the 285 south, I jerked, having the urge to release those feelings; the best I could do was roar the hell out of it.

“Ah—! —! **—! @#$%&!!

“Ah—

     “***

         “@/$:)/@f$$/)

               “—!

“Ahhh—ah—AH—A*H—@H—@#H!!

“Ah—! …***…! …@/$:)/@f$$/)!!!

“⍉⍉⍉AHHH!! ⍰⍰⍰ *** @#&$%@!!

“I must declare, it feels satisfactory. Turning on 675, I did my prayer just as I did on any other day. Thank you, God. Thank you, Jesus. Thank you, Holy Spirit. I must take care of myself again. Can’t be downcast all the time and neglect myself further.

“Be happy.

“Play the lottery.

“Ok, that was that for the therapy. A knyaw qua said, “I’m at work.”
